Airport transportation: the Hyatt has an airport shuttle that runs every hour; taxis from the airport to the Hyatt cost approximately $25.
Transportation between campus and the Hyatt: for registered conference participants, a free shuttle will be provided from the Hyatt to the campus on Thursday before the keynote address, and before the start of activities Friday and Saturday mornings; this shuttle will also be available at the end of each day’s scheduled conference activities to return conference participants to the Hyatt. Additional shuttle service will be available on Friday between the last plenary session that day and the Edward P. Jones reading and talk that evening (see conference agenda for schedule details). At other times, transportation between the Hyatt and campus is available by taxi and city bus.
Parking on campus: to park on campus, please use the parking garage adjacent to the Ohio Union (Ohio Union, South Garage; enter from High Street or College Road). Rates for this garage are as follows:
First 3 hours = $2.00 per hour
4-7 hours = $1.00 per additional hour
7-24 hours = $10.00
Conference sessions will be held on the campus of The Ohio State University in the Ohio Union and in Thompson Library.
